As part of University Mental Health & Wellbeing Day on 22 February 2012 we are running a Healthy U photo competition focusing on your Mental Health & Wellbeing.
We’ve all heard of eating five fruit and veg a day to keep us physically healthy, but what about doing five things a day to help us stay mentally healthy?
The five-a-day are:
We are asking you to capture one of your five-a-day on camera to demonstrate what helps you stay mentally healthy. Send us your photos with a little bit of info telling us which of the five-a-day your photo represents and what makes you feel good.
There will be prizes for the most thought provoking photos!
Don't forget to come down to the SU Hub on Wednesday 22 Feb to pledge one of your five a day and learn more about looking after your mental health & wellbeing at University.
Upload your photo to Flickr (you may need to create an account).
Make sure to tag your photo with 'Mental Health and Wellbeing'.
Give the photo a description- make sure to include: which of the five-a-day you are illustrating / what are you doing / where are you doing it / how it helps you stay healthy. Remember to include your name and the course you study.
Join The University of Nottingham Flickr Group and then upload your photo to the group page.
